Whether your preference is resistance work or pilates, this is perfect. 
Sat on a blue towel, and in a classic pose, that makes it suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. The resistance band (elastic band!) is optional and I can remove that (and adjust the position of the raised arm if preferred)
She's a combination of hand and machine stitch, and like all my "little people" she's taken several days to create.
