Refunds

I really want you to be happy, if you're not - firstly get in touch.

If for any reason you do wish to return your order, please notify me jackie@treehuggery.co.uk within 21 days of receipt of your purchase and return your order within a further 21 days. Your order should be returned in the original packaging. In addition, t is advisable that returned items are sent using ‘special delivery’ or 'tracked' so they are insured on the way, as you will be responsible for any items lost in transit. You will be refunded (less postage costs) within 7 days of receiving your return. Please note, you are responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning or exchanging items.

Please note this does not apply to commissions/personalised gifts where refunds are not generally allowed.

Privacy Policy

While we would love you to share information about TreeHuggery far and wide, and are only too happy for you to pass our website and email address on to your friends, (it's jackie@treehuggery.co.uk by the way)...we take your privacy very seriously.

We only use your information to respond to a query, to ship an order or to send a newsletter

Pictures of finished commissions tend to be shared on here and on social media, but with any identifying information distorted, and always, always after the date the intended recipient receives them. Of course if you would prefer for them not to be shared, just let us know.

We do not sell your information to any third party, and never will.
